3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Cooperate in a timely manner
Abide by any third-party platform guidelines (e.g., Google Ads, Meta)
Failure to comply may delay deliverables or void the agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and materials developed by ReviveCloud remain the intellectual property of ReviveCloud unless explicitly transferred by contract.
5. Payments and Billing
All payments must be made in accordance with agreed project terms.
Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.
ReviveCloud reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your confidential information and require the same in return. Neither party will disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may include integration with third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Google, Meta). We are not liable for any failures or changes in these platforms.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
Outstanding fees are payable immediately.
Work in progress will be billed proportionally.
9. Limitation of Liability
ReviveCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
